Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Cancellations made before pickup are fully refundable. Once your laundry has been collected, services are considered in progress and are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refunds

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your concern and offer a resolution such as:

• Re‑washing the affected items
• Service credit
• A partial adjustment, depending on the situation

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis to ensure fairness and transparency.

Stain Removal Policy

We do our best to treat and reduce stains using industry‑standard methods. However, stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent due to age, fabric type, prior setting, or previous attempts at cleaning. Sudzara Laundry Co. is not responsible for stains that do not lift after treatment.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround is 72 hours. Express service is available for a 24‑hour turnaround. Delays may occur during holidays, severe weather, or high‑volume periods, but we always communicate proactively.
