By booking a pickup, you agree to provide accurate information and ensure your laundry is ready at the scheduled time. Sudzara Laundry Co. is not responsible for items left in pockets, damage caused by pre-existing wear, or items that require special care not noted in your booking.
We wash all garments using standard wash-and-fold processes unless specific instructions are provided in your notes. Specialty items or delicate fabrics must be disclosed to ensure proper handling.
Our standard turnaround is 72 hours. This may vary during holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods, but we always communicate proactively.
We do our best to treat and reduce stains using industry‑standard methods. However, stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent due to age, fabric type, prior setting, or previous attempts at cleaning. Sudzara Laundry Co. is not responsible for stains that do not lift after treatment.
Cancellations made before pickup are fully refundable. Once your laundry has been collected, services are considered in progress and non-refundable.
If an issue arises with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the concern and offer a resolution such as re-washing, credit, or adjustment based on the situation.
